Overview
Our God Yahweh, that gave us life, also gave us instruction for living and taking care of ourselves. Just as a manufacturer of a radio will give
you instructions for using and caring for the radio, Yahweh gave us
instructions for taking care of ourselves.
Yahweh wants us to eat food that nourishes are bodies and promotes good
health.
For years I ate pork, shrimp and
other food that I thought tasted really good but now I have learned how bad they
are for you. This is probably where the
term ‘Sinfully Good’ originates. Unclean
food may taste good however it harms our bodies with toxins. There are lots of items in our grocery stores
you can buy and eat, however, they should not all be considered food since most
contain harmful additives and pesticides.
In summary, Yahweh intended for us to eat the following:
- 1. Organic produce: herbs, spices, vegetables, fruit, legumes and grains.
- 2. Organic clean meat: ox [steer], sheep, goat, deer, fish with fins & scales, & poultry
- 3. Organic Raw dairy: cheese, curds, butter, eggs and milk from clean animals
- 4. Organic Raw honey
- 5. Sea Salt
Organic Produce
Our first instruction for
nourishing our bodies is given it the first chapter of the bible. The definition of food is plants and fruits
that produce seeds.
ESV Genesis 1:29 And God
said, "Behold, I have given you
every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree
with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food. (H402 oklah, G1033 bróma)
Yahweh created our food before he
created us and he tells us these plants and fruit trees were kind after
kind. In today’s terms this means he
planned for us to eat organic produce. He
planned for us to eat plants and fruit that were able to produce life.
Genesis 1:11 And God
said, "Let the earth sprout
vegetation, plants yielding seed, and fruit trees bearing fruit in which is
their seed, each according to its kind, on the earth." And it was so.
12 The earth brought forth vegetation, plants
yielding seed according to their own kinds, and trees bearing fruit in
which is their seed, each according
to its kind. And God saw that it was good.
Therefore, Yahweh would not
consider genetically modified or hybrid seeds the same as his organic seeds
that are kind after kind. Nor would he
consider genetically engineered seedless tomatoes and seedless watermelons
food. Genetically modified things should
not be considered food.
Some people think that produce is
labeled with a five digit code beginning with an 8 if the item has been
genetically engineered, however, that is not true. In practice this is never actually done. However, produce that is organic does have a
5 digit code beginning with a 9. All
vegetables with a four digit code beginning with a 3 or 4 could be genetically
modified or hybrids. See more

It is also questionable as to
whether mushrooms are considered food since mushrooms are not grown from
seeds. Mushrooms are not mentioned in
the bible. Some Christians consider
mushrooms unclean. On the radio show,
God’s Home Health Care, they explained that spores are the seeds in the
mushrooms and they consider them okay to eat.

Yahweh’s laws for crop rotation
and letting the land rest is very important also. This ensures the soil stays rich in
nutrients. These laws are in Leviticus chapter 25.
Eat organic produce which
includes vegetables, herbs, spices, fruit, legumes and grains.
Organic Clean Meat
Yahweh provided us a list of clean meat that we are to eat for
nourishment:
Deuteronomy 14:4
These are the beasts which ye shall eat: the ox [steer, in the US commonly referred to
as a cow, however it is really a male castrated steer or ox], the sheep,
and the goat, 5
The hart [deer], and the
roebuck [deer], and
the fallow deer, and the wild goat, and the pygarg [or mountain goat], and the wild
ox [or antelope], and the chamois [mountain
goat or sheep]. 6 And every beast that
parteth the hoof, and cleaveth the cleft into two claws, and cheweth the cud
among the beasts, that ye shall eat.
Deuteronomy 14:9
These ye shall eat of all that are in the waters: all that have fins and scales shall ye eat:
Deuteronomy 14:11
Of all clean birds ye shall eat.

Leviticus 11:22 Of
them you may eat: the locust of any kind, the bald locust of any kind, the cricket of any kind, and the grasshopper of any kind. 23 But all
other winged insects that have four feet are detestable to you.
Yahweh provided organic food for animals to eat and gave us
instructions as how they are to eat:
Genesis 1:30 And to every beast of the earth and to every bird of the
heavens and to everything that creeps on the earth, everything that has the
breath of life, I have given every green
plant for food." And it was so.
Therefore Yahweh did not intend for the clean or unclean animals to eat
things produced by a corporation. Steers
normally eat grass and sometimes other vegetation. Today steers are fattened up quickly so they
can get to market quicker by giving them feed. Most feed contains genetically modified corn
and soybeans.
Leviticus, chapter 9, shows that
only clean animals were acceptable to Yahweh as a sacrifice. They could sacrifice calves, sheep, ox and
goat. Today we no longer provide sacrifices
to Yahweh, since Jesus was to be the last sacrifice. They were instructed never to eat the fat or blood of any animal:
Genesis 9:4 But you
shall not eat flesh with its life, that is, its blood.
Leviticus 3:16 And
the priest shall burn them on the altar as a food [H3899 lechem] offering with
a pleasing aroma. All fat is the Lord's. 17 It shall be a statute forever
throughout your generations, in all your dwelling places, that you eat neither fat nor blood."
Leviticus 7:23 You shall eat no fat, of ox or sheep or
goat. 24 The fat of an animal that
dies of itself and the fat of one that is torn by beasts may be put to any
other use, but on no account shall you eat it.
Leviticus 17:10
"If any one of the house of Israel or of the strangers who sojourn among
them eats any blood, I will set my face
against that person who eats blood and will cut him off from among his
people. 11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it for
you on the altar to make atonement for your souls,
Deuteronomy 12:23
Only be sure that you do not eat the
blood, for the blood is the life, and you shall not eat the life with the
flesh. 24 You shall not eat it; you shall pour it out on the earth like water.
Only animals that were killed,
with the intentions of being eaten, were considered clean food:
Deuteronomy 14:21
"You shall not eat anything that
has died naturally.
The New Testament adds that our meat should not be sacrificed to idols or
strangled:
Acts 15:29 that you abstain
from what has been sacrificed to idols, and from blood, and from what has been strangled, and from sexual immorality. If you keep yourselves from
these, you will do well. Farewell."
The Bible does not instruct us to use the Kosher process called Shechita to slaughter
cattle. This process is very cruel.

practices of handling, restraining, and unstunned slaughter has been criticized
by, among others, animal welfare organizations such as the Compassion in World Farming.[22] The UK Farm Animal Welfare Council said that the method by which Kosher and Halal meat is produced causes "significant pain and
distress" to animals and should be banned.[23] According to FAWC it can take up to two minutes for
cattle to bleed to death.[24] Compassion in World Farming also supported the recommendation saying "We
believe that the law must be changed to require all animals to be stunned
before slaughter."[25][26] The UK government opted not to follow FAWC's
recommendations after pressure from religious leaders.[27] The Federation of Veterinarians of
Europe has issued a position
paper on slaughter without prior stunning, calling it "unacceptable."

Eat grass fed
ox, steer, deer, sheep and goats. Do not
eat their fat or blood.
Clean and Unclean Animals prior
to Moses
Prior to Moses documenting the Yahweh’s laws,
Adam and Eve knew about sacrificing clean animals to Yahweh. The proof is that their son Abel was a keeper
of sheep and he brought the first of his flock to be sacrificed and that was
acceptable to Yahweh. Cain's sacrifice
of fruit was not acceptable since Yahweh never accepted fruit as a sacrifice. Genesis 4:2-4 Only the best of the clean animals could be
sacrificed to Yahweh as stated in Leviticus 3:6
Therefore Adam and his family must have been eating
the meat from sheep since or otherwise it would not have been a sacrifice to offer
it to Yahweh.
Noah knew about clean and unclean animals since
he was given specific instructions for including them on the ark:
Genesis 7:1 Then the Lord said to Noah, "Go into the ark, you and all your
household, for I have seen that you are righteous before me in this generation.
2 Take with
you seven pairs of all clean animals, the male and his mate, and a
pair of the animals that are not clean, the male and his mate, 3 and seven
pairs of the birds of the heavens also, male and female, to keep their
offspring alive on the face of all the earth.
Noah was
to bring more clean animals on the ark since they would be their food during
the flood while they were on the ark.
Therefore,
I am sure that Adam and his descendants were eating clean animals before Moses’ time
when the laws were documented.
Unclean Animals
Yahweh provided us a list of unclean animals that we should not
eat. These animals were not intended as
food. Most of them were intended to keep
the earth clean.
The land unclean animals that we should not eat nor should we consider
them food, are listed:
Deuteronomy 14:7
Nevertheless these ye shall not eat of them that chew the cud, or of them that
divide the cloven hoof; as the camel, and the hare [rabbit], and the coney: for they chew the cud, but divide not the hoof; therefore
they are unclean unto you. 8 And the swine [pig], because
it divideth the hoof, yet cheweth not the cud, it is unclean unto you: ye shall
not eat of their flesh, nor touch their dead carcase. [hare and swine will eat
anything and keep the land clean]
The animals in the water that we should not eat include
catfish since they have no scales.
Catfish are bottom dwellers that keep the lakes clean. Shell fish, including shrimp, lobster and
crap should not be eaten.
Deuteronomy 14:10
(in water) And whatsoever hath not fins
and scales ye may not eat; it is unclean unto you.
Bird that should not be eaten since they are unclean, are as
follows:
Deuteronomy 14:12
But these are they of which ye shall not eat: the eagle, and the ossifrage,
and the ospray, 13 And the glede, and the kite, and the vulture
after his kind, 14 And every raven
after his kind, 15 And the owl, and
the night hawk, and the cuckow, and the hawk after his kind, 16 The little owl, and the great owl,
and the swan, 17 And the pelican, and the gier eagle, and the cormorant,
18 And the stork, and the heron after her kind, and the lapwing, and the bat. [These birds keep the
land clean and eat unclean and dead things.]
Most insects are not to be considered food:
Leviticus 11:20
"All winged insects that go on all
fours are detestable to you. 21 Yet among the winged insects that go on all
fours you may eat those that have jointed legs above their feet, with which to
hop on the ground. 22 Of them you may
eat: the locust of any kind, the
bald locust of any kind, the cricket of any kind, and the grasshopper of any kind. 23 But all
other winged insects that have four feet are detestable to you.
Animals that swarm are not to be considered food:
Leviticus 11:29
"And these are unclean to you among the swarming things that swarm on the
ground: the mole rat, the mouse, the great lizard of any kind, 30 the gecko, the monitor lizard,
the lizard, the sand lizard, and the chameleon.
31 These are unclean to you among all that swarm.
Most Christian’s today argue that the New Testament
states, in a roundabout way, that it is ok to eat pork. However, they do not use the same logic to
conclude they can now eat mice and rats.
Why not? Some state it is because
they did not eat meat prior to the laws of Moses, however that is not true (as
mentioned above). The Church’s state
that tithing must be paid because that was in effect prior to the laws of
Moses. The laws against eating pork and
for paying tithing are both in the same chapter of Deuteronomy, chapter 14. Both laws were in effect before Moses and are
still in effect now.
In 2 Maccabees chapter 7 there is an account where 7 brothers and their mother was killed for not eating swine. These Judahites choose death since it was more important to follow Yahweh's law and not defile their bodies. Here is how the account of this starts:
2 Mac 7:1 It came to pass also, that seven brethren with their mother were taken, and compelled by the king against the law to taste swine's flesh, and were tormented with scourges and whips.

Isaiah 66:17
"Those who sanctify and purify themselves to go into the gardens,
following one in the midst, eating pig's
flesh and the abomination and mice, shall come to an end together, declares
the Lord.
The corporations that make money from selling pork tell us
it is ok to eat. It is really a health

Unclean Food
A lot of prepared, boxed foods, and produce at the grocery
store should be avoided since they are unclean.
Toxic pesticides are
being sprayed on our produce which makes the produce unclean to eat. Produce tested that to have the most
pesticide residue are: Apples, Peaches,
Nectarines, Strawberries, Grapes, Celery, Spinach, Sweet Bell Peppers,
Cucumbers, Cherry Tomatoes, Snap Peas, Potatoes, Hot Peppers, Kale and Collard
Greens. These items should only be eaten

Genetically modified
foods (GMO) should be considered unclean and not eaten. Here is a list of common GMO foods: rapeseed (canola), honey (mostly Canadian
sources), cotton, rice, soybeans, tomatoes, corn, canola, potatoes, papaya,
zucchini, yellow crookneck squash, chicory, cotton seed oil, peas, sugarbeets,
and many vitamins from GMO sources. In
America there are no laws that require GMO food to be labeled. In the European Union, Japan, Malaysia and Australia there
are laws requiring GMO food to be labeled.

Hybrids should not be considered clean
since their seeds
will not grow and produce new plants. Hybrids do not produce kind after kind.
Many prepared, boxed, and canned foods
should be considered unclean since they contain harmful food additives that would be considered

Some companies are using aborted baby fetal cells to develop artificial flavors. Yahweh definitely does not approve of this
practice. If a food label states it has
artificial flavors, it may really need to state the contents as: Embryonic kidney cells from
aborted human babies.

Curses of Eating Unclean Food
Eating unclean food will bring on
curses. We are receiving many curses because
we are eating GMO food, pork, and toxic pesticides that are sprayed on our
produce. Here are the curses:
Deuteronomy 28:21
The Lord will make the pestilence
stick to you until he has consumed you off the land that you are entering to
take possession of it. 22 The Lord will strike you with wasting disease and with fever,
inflammation and fiery heat, and with drought and with blight and with mildew.
They shall pursue you until you perish.
Deuteronomy 28:58
"If you are not careful to do all the words of this law that are written
in this book, that you may fear this glorious and awesome name, the Lord your
God, 59 then the Lord will bring on you
and your offspring extraordinary afflictions, afflictions severe and lasting,
and sicknesses grievous and lasting. 60 And he will bring upon you again
all the diseases of Egypt, of which you were afraid, and they shall cling to
you. 61 Every sickness also and every affliction that is not recorded in the
book of this law, the Lord will bring
upon you, until you are destroyed. 62 Whereas you were as numerous as the
stars of heaven, you shall be left few
in number, because you did not obey the voice of the Lord your God.
We are being plagued with high blood pressure, cancer, diabetes and many
other plagues from eating things not authorized by Yahweh. The doctors are making us patients for life
selling us chemicals and unclean substances to put in our bodies to control
these plagues.
The
consequences for not following Yahweh’s laws are reflected in the Song of
Moses:
Deu 32:23
"'And I will heap disasters upon them;
I will spend my arrows on them; 24 they shall be wasted with hunger, and devoured by plague and poisonous pestilence;
The Book of
Revelations reflects in the end times
there will be famine and pestilence.
This famine is from not having real food to eat.
Rev 6:8
And I looked, and behold, a pale horse! And its rider's name was Death, and
Hades followed him. And they were given authority over a fourth of the earth,
to kill with sword and with famine
and with pestilence and by wild
beasts of the earth.
Food Mentioned in the Bible
The bible mentions some foods many times and it must be due to
their importance. Here is an overview of
the important foods.
When Yahweh provided the Israelites with the Promised Land,
after the Exodus of Egypt, the land was described as having certain foods
available. All of these foods are very
healthy that Yahweh states will make you full:
Deu 8:7 For the Lord your God is
bringing you into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and springs, flowing out in the valleys and
hills, 8 a land of wheat and barley, of vines and fig trees and pomegranates, a land of olive trees and honey, 9 a land in which you will eat bread without scarcity, in which you will lack nothing, a land
whose stones are iron, and out of
whose hills you can dig copper. 10
And you shall eat and be full, and
you shall bless the Lord your God for the good land he has given you.
Many times the bible describes this land as the land of milk
and honey:
Deu 26:9 And he brought us into
this place and gave us this land, a land flowing
with milk and honey.
The king of Assyria promises the
descendants of Judah a new land with healthy food and water:
2 Kings 18:31 Do not listen to
Hezekiah, for thus says the king of Assyria: 'Make your peace with me and come
out to me. Then each one of you will eat of his own vine, and each one of his own fig
tree, and each one of you will drink
the water of his own cistern, 32 until I come and take you away to a land
like your own land, a land of grain
and wine, a land of bread and vineyards,
a land of olive trees and honey, that you may live, and not die.
The Book of Sirach list certain food and elements as
necessary for human life. It is
interesting to note that sinners will turn these important items into evil and that
is what the corporations are doing today:
Sirach
39:26 Basic to all the
necessities of human life are water,
fire, iron, salt, fine flour, milk, honey, wine, oil, and clothing. 27 For
the godly, all these things are for good, but for sinners, they will turn into
evil.
The bible verses above all seem to agree that water, wheat or flour, honey, vines or wine, olive
trees or oil, and milk are very important.
The Book of Revelations prophesizes that we will stop buying
certain foods from merchants. I am
confident that as more people learn about the current day issues with corporate
food they will either buy organic or produce their own.
Rev 18:11 And the merchants of the
earth weep and mourn for her, since no one buys their cargo anymore, 12 cargo
of gold, silver, jewels, pearls, fine linen, purple cloth, silk, scarlet cloth,
all kinds of scented wood, all kinds of articles of ivory, all kinds of
articles of costly wood, bronze, iron
and marble, 13 cinnamon, spice, incense, myrrh, frankincense, wine, oil, fine flour, wheat, cattle and sheep, horses
and chariots, and slaves, that is, human souls.

The bible mentions many foods we eat today but not all. This section is provided to document food
that I found in the bile. I’m sure I
missed many that I will need to later add.
So here is a list of food I found in the bible, along with
their benefits and current issues regarding their use today. Ideally all fruits and vegetables eaten
should be organic; however, organic is not always available. Therefore, I indicated on some foods that
organic is important due to GMO issues or pesticide issues. Avoiding hybrids is important also though.

fruits and vegetables we eat today are not mentioned in the bible. There are two reasons that I can think of for
this:
- · They ate them but it was not important enough to mention
- · They only ate fruit or vegetables that were native to their environment

kiwi, grapefruit, and oranges
Just remember when
choosing to eat fruits and vegetables that they must be able to produce life
again – meaning they must have seeds that can produce new life. Also choose not to eat hybrids, GMOs and
pesticides.

all food and seeds prior to purchasing them.

Conclusion
The food
corporation’s goals are to make a profit for their shareholders. In order to make a profit, they put the
cheapest ingredients in our food today.
For example, Mayonnaise use to be made with quality oil and now it is
all made with cheap GMO
soy oil that should not be eaten.
The food corporations have changed many other recipes in the same
matter. For the most part, only

corporations produce the products purchased at the grocery store. These
corporations lobby our politicians to keep their unsafe food products on
the market. It is so important to them that
you eat unhealthy food that they have created a new psychiatric disorder called healthy
eating disorder.
We must vote with our pocket book
and stop buying unclean food from the grocery store. Our goal must be to keep our earthly bodies
healthy. Tell them you do not want their
cheap food products by growing your own, buying from trusted sources at a
farmer’s market, and by buying only organic at the grocery store.
By the way, buying organic is
great for our environment since it keeps pesticides and herbicides out of our
water sources.
Always remember to start your meals with a prayer of thanksgiving to
Yahweh and ask him to bless your food.
